Loved the book has some great recipes that are pretty tasty. the ingredients add up to a pretty big spending however.

Pretty easy to read. the only wish I had is that if it had the grocery list for the 7 days on one page. That way I could go make one easy trip and be done. Instead I have to switch back and forth between pages!

Though this diet works the weight loss is only temporary. Most of the recipes were delicious. So if you have somewhere special to go and need to lose weight fast to fit into that special outfit or jumpstart your new diet this is a great way to start.
