I like the simplicity and usefulness of this book. Many herbs and diseases are covered, and the best are the anecdotes and letters of people who were healed by herbs. Very good information, easy reference, I use this book all the time to know what ailment and herbs will help. Lots of info on studies, and doctors recommendations.Also recommended: the food pharmacy.
