I have read this book several times and often refer back to it to review specific topics . I have also purchased, 25 to 30 copies of this book as a gift to those where I see a need. I consider this book to be, a gift of life. I have also done multiple linear correlation tests on many of the data tables presented in the book. I have found a high degree of correlation with a reasonably low Stand Error.

My personal opinion of this book is as I said previously is that it is: A GIFT OF LIFE.

I first read this book over 15years ago, when I first learned about CoQ10. I found it extremely informative, well written and persuasive. I've been recommending CoQ10, and this book, ever since. As a physician who is often asked for advice, I've recommended CoQ10 for hypertension, heart disease, and gum disease, in addition to promoting general good health. I purchased a copy as a gift for a relative who was advised to take CoQ10 for gum disease. You can't go wrong reading this book!

This is the most important book I have read in my life. Dr. Emile Bliznakov was a benefactor of mankind.

I have controlled my blood pressure for the last dozen years with Coenzyme Q10 and have not had to resort to the usual vasodilators and other drugs so freely prescribed today.

Unfortunately, I discovered this book in 1987, six months after my mother died from progressive heart disease. When my blood pressure began to escalate eight years later, however, I was prepared with knowledge gained from this paperback.

If you or anyone in your family has ANY heart condition, you need to read this book.
