This is a very nice recording of the Ana B'Koach, an ancient mystical prayer for healing all types of 'entanglements' (problems),disease, financial etc. The prayer is repeated 30 times with healing sound frequencies and relaxing music. I would recommend getting a printout of the prayer {online} to get further benefits of seeing the initial letters of the words.
