Beautiful!, November 22, 1999
"The Holiday Album" is one of my favorite Christmas CD's. All of the tunes are lovely however, the Brahms lullaby is heavenly! I listen to that song on any given day. "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" is poignant and moving in the expressions he uses in his phrasing. All of the tunes have his unique touch that only Kenny G can create. I hope to get his new Christmas CD very soon!

An Album To RememberA Record Blessed By God Himself!, March 23, 1999
By A Customer
Now, "Winter Wonderland," the first cut on this wonderful record: a very happy, up-beat song; I like the brush on the drums in the background. "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas" is by far the best track on this record. Judi Garland was the first person to perform it, and she did in the movie "Meet Me In St. Louis." I would have to say Kenny's version tops it. He also won a Grammy award for it. Kenny also utilizes the smooth, soulful sounds of the tenor saxophone (a
nice change from the soprano-always good now and then). The strings and piano are Heavenly accompaniments to his sax. The final chorus of the song attacks both your heart and soul, and a surge of emotion just washes over your body. It's one his most memorable tracks-to me, anyway.
"Silent Night," "White Christmas," "Miracles," "Little Drummer Boy," The Chanukah Song," "Away In A Manger," "Brahms Lullaby" are all very soft, quiet, beautiful, from-the-heart songs. They are perfect to have around during the holiday-or any other time.
"Silver Bells" is a lite-rock song, and it *rocks*!
"Miracles" is, unfortunately, a very short record-36 minutes, actually. So it's probably best if you set your CD player to repeat, because you'll want to enjoy this masterpiece again and again. I hope Kenny comes out with a sequel-there are plenty of holiday songs out there for him to choose from!!
This is a record DEFINATELY worth your money, and will satisfy-for whenever or whatever mood you are striving to achieve-you in any way you want. For music to be this touching, it has to be, without a doubt, a Miracle from God.
Okay, before I complete my fourth review of Kenny's music I want to say something to all the negative reviewers out there: if you don't like the music, don't listen to it, and above all, don't be immature and put down not just Kenny G and his music, but all the people who love his music. Being an author, I always say 'flames will be used as target practice.'
-Kenny K
