Real mentoring,

The approach is sort of untraditional but refreshing. This is the first book that I've read that gave more than just quick 'fixes'. It comes alive with real world examples of long term commitments to the community at large. This man is living proof that no one is toooooo busy or toooo important to mentor. We can all learn from this dynamo.
