Feel the music, not the vibration. The Mirage OM-200 subwoofer is designed to offer unparalleled performance, versatility and ease of use in virtually any home environment. The OM-200 uses dual 8" subwoofers mounted in opposing sides of the vented enclosure powered by a 800 Watt Peak (200W RMS) amplifier. The resulting energy created by each woofer cancels each other out within the enclosure effectively eliminating energy robbing vibration that can negatively affect sound quality and output. The result: deep, powerful bass from a surprisingly small cabinet without distortion causing vibration!

The OM-200 features dual 8-inch drivers in an opposing configuration powered by a 800-watt peak/200-watt RMS amplifier. The cabinet is constructed from rigid 1-1/2" MDF on top and bottom and 3/4" on the remaining surfaces. Other features include muting, clipping and thermal protection circuits, automatic on/off, infinitely variable phase control, high and low level inputs, a video setting for higher impact, plus an additional low level "crossover bypass" input. The latter bypasses all subwoofer controls except phase, permitting the subwoofer to be connected to a digital surround processor with its own crossover and level settings.

The OM-200 controls are conveniently located at the front of the cabinet allowing for easy access, even in cabinet installations. Controls include volume and three other functions:

• Frequency control, featuring one of the largest ranges available (40Hz to 120Hz). This allows the OM-200 to integrate perfectly with virtually any speaker configuration.
• Variable Phase from -180 degrees to +180 degrees, which allows the OM-200 to blend smoothly with any speaker, no matter what type of room they're set up in.
• Video Mode, which brings movies to life in your own home. You can simply switch to this mode when you want greater impact from an approaching dinosaur, then just as easily switch it off to experience the smooth bass enjoyed in music.
