Whilst being a customer of Amazon.com since it's conception all those few years ago !! I have never been inspired to write nor honestly believe the product reviews one is proposed here now and then on certain products. Where I live (Paris) generally when one is proposed a brilliant product by the mainstream electronic sellers, it is quite simply a way of getting ride of (Believed to be Bad Products) which I have learned in time should perhaps be requalified as (Missunderstood Products) as quite often (but not always) these products turn out to be the best after patient study. Ever since I have been able to afford high quality Audio-Hifi (15 Years) I have litterally been an exclusive Bang & Olufsen devotee, but ever since the development and (perfection) of digital music (MP3/ATRAC/WMA etc.,) I have been frustrated by B&O's inability to move more quickly with the times !! I have recently decided to move on. Now to understand where I am coming from, I am awfully difficult to please,I am a designer and reduction to the purist form is my rule. After Harvey (my dog) the second most important thing in my life is beautiful music and believe me I am F****** difficult ! I honestly do not even know how I came across Mirages Omnisats but gosh am I glad ! The only true value in life is Quality and these Strange Speakers Speak Sing and Scream it !( Hey I'm a designer ! That phrase is now registered ! Lol ! No seriously, It is ! ) To help the guys at Amazon to edit this, a few last words. ( Mirage OmniSat Omnipolar Speakers X 2 + Tamas Laboratorium Living Structures Mov 2 + Henrik Gorecki Symphony No.3 Mov 2 + Laurie Anderson Bright Red Tightrope No. 13 + (to piss B&O off! Lol!) Jean Michel Jarre "C'est La Vie" for B&o ) and believe me if you have ears and a brain in between you will understand ! One very last detail these are speakers of such quality like anything of quality in life it takes time so for your favourite music ( Let them heat up first ! ) and as for those who like me were nervous about not using a SubWoofer ( even though I do have one ) don't worry be happy whilst certainly a plus the speakers stand out so much alone and can carry preheated 100W sound no problem ! Worth noting ! because of the use of Titanium in the speakers they need to heat up after which you have a quality of sound that you will not forget ! Ok ! after all the postives now the negatives, Zut ! Amazon.com why can you not deliver them to me here in Paris ? I would glady pay full price for them ! I paid today 1,000euros for two pairs, money I would have gladly paid to you guys just to support a wonderful product and also a wonderful service which you provide ! Amazon.com if you check todays orders in the states you will see you are sending another pair to Washington DC. guess for who ? eventually ! and I seriously think you will be receiving another order very soon from Cleveland Ohio !! But No ! I can order them myself from here and have them sent there but not here ! Oh the injustices of life ! It's now almost 04.00 am here in Paris but these wonderful objects are worth my "Ugly sleep" and I shall leave Y'all with these words. First Impressions can be nice but first impressions never last. Reality only comes with time and patience. Only with time does one see quality. Not all blondes are dumb. and not all Mirages are tricks of the senses ! these Mirages are Reality !
