I have been using Miranel for a little over a year now and although my toenails would not meet poster boy standards, there has been some improvement. Not wanting to take internal treatments, I have been using every over the counter topical treatment I could find for over 10 years and Miranel is the first antifungal product that has produced any positive results for me. Although I only ranked the product "3", it it the first topical antifungal product I have found that I would consider giving a better than "0" rating to.

I've only been using this product for a week. So far, I don't see any improvement in my toenail. I do have to say that the product is easy to use and the retracting brush is very convienient. I will have to wait to see if it can fight this really stubborn under the toenail fungus. Nothing else I tried has worked so I'm really hoping this does.
