Absolutely brill!,

This review is from: Mirror Mirror (Paperback)
I'm an American who reaches overseas to grab books by Patricia Scanlan after finding Francesca's Party at a B&B in Shannon last summer. Mirror Mirror, the sequel to Promises Promises, follows Ellen Munroe, Chris Wallace, Miriam, Emma, Stephanie, Julie Ann, and a plethora of other lively characters through the opening of The Deli, Stephanie's acquaintance with her father's kin, and Ellen's "coming of age" where Chris is concerned. I finished the book seconds ago and already I'm scouring Amazon for more. Does that tell you anyting? It should! Her books are a fun read. As with the others I've read, this one is going right over to my mom, who's been urging me to finish it.

Enticing Read,
By A Customer
This review is from: Mirror, Mirror (Audio Cassette)
Mirror, Mirror is a continuation of the book Promises, Promises and continues following the lives of three women; Miriam, Ellen and Emma all of whom are entwined within the Monroe family. It explores each womans trials and tribulations of family life and battling their fears, while realizing their dreams at the same time. A completely enthralling book. It was extremely hard to put it down once I started reading it.
