I purchased this armoire from Amazon and it shipped in about 10 days. The first unit arrived damaged so I contacted the company with some difficulty, as the company contact information included was wrong (including the shipping label info). When I finally got through to customer service they issued me a new unit immediately with very few questions asked (excellent customer service). Within 2 weeks the new unit arrived in better, although not perfect condition. Shortly thereafter a shipping return label arrived for the old unit, which I felt obligated to promptly return in response to their excellent service.
Pros;
1. It has more storage for long necklaces than a standard armoire.
2. The interior mirror is a nice feature.
3. It holds more earrings than most standard armoires.
4. It offers a wall mount feature as well as the over door set up " nice if space is at a premium".
5. The interior layout is well thought out and over all it does the job.
Cons;
1. The overall workmanship is lacking (i.e.: loose hooks, hinges not tightened, interior features misaligned, etc...). Easy enough to correct, but not what you are paying for.
2. Assembly hardware is flimsy and does not appear reliable.
3. Product packaged poorly, remove carefully. Most likely it will have blemishes.
4. Overpriced!...the workmanship and materials reflect that it should be priced around the
$40.00-$50.00 range, keep your eyes peeled.
5. For the price I would expect a little more style.....very plain.
