I purchased this armoire from Amazon and it shipped in about 10 days. The first unit arrived damaged so I contacted the company with some difficulty, as the company contact information included was wrong (including the shipping label info). When I finally got through to customer service they issued me a new unit immediately with very few questions asked (excellent customer service). Within 2 weeks the new unit arrived in better, although not perfect condition. Shortly thereafter a shipping return label arrived for the old unit, which I felt obligated to promptly return in response to their excellent service.
Pros;
1. It has more storage for long necklaces than a standard armoire.
2. The interior mirror is a nice feature.
3. It holds more earrings than most standard armoires.
4. It offers a wall mount feature as well as the over door set up " nice if space is at a premium".
5. The interior layout is well thought out and over all it does the job.
Cons;
1. The overall workmanship is lacking (i.e.: loose hooks, hinges not tightened, interior features misaligned, etc...). Easy enough to correct, but not what you are paying for.
2. Assembly hardware is flimsy and does not appear reliable.
3. Product packaged poorly, remove carefully. Most likely it will have blemishes.
4. Overpriced!...the workmanship and materials reflect that it should be priced around the
$40.00-$50.00 range, keep your eyes peeled.
5. For the price I would expect a little more style.....very plain.

As my jewelry collection grows from year to year, I was running out of space, especially for rings. I bought this item hoping I could store my jewelry in such a way that it would be effortless to open it and view the entire collection and select quickly without untangling anything or looking for a matching earring, etc.

Well, this is ideal and I couldn't be happier with it. Plus, it is hidden away on the inside of my linen closet door rather than sitting out in plain sight. I highly recommend this item.

I definitely have organized my jewelry so now I can see all my items in an orderly fashion! I love it! However, the magnets are not strong at all! When I open/close the door, the door on the armoire will not stay closed and will swing open! I tried adding other magnets but it just won't work.

I'm also short so the mirror inside just doesn't work for me. I think this might be best permanantly installed on a wall to avoid the armoire door from swinging open when you open/close the room door but it is quite long so if you don't have a lot of space in your room, this might be difficult to do. I can't wait until I have a bigger place to do this.

I purchased this armoire hestitantly and with low expectations because of some of the negative reviews. Contrary to what others have said, the product is well made, the peices were in tact and the armoire had NO defects. Granted, its not solid wood lined with silk, but it is a very good product. The inside did NOT have any weird smells like others had commented. Also, some had commented that the magnet closure on the armoire is weak. I have mine completely full (with some pretty heavy items) and it closes and stays closed. I can now see the top of my dresser again now that all my jewelry has its own place. I love it and am thinking about buy another one because my jewlery collection is constantly growing.

I purchased this as a gift for my fashionable mother who had never met a jewelry case that could keep up with all of her costume jewelry...until now. The case is everything one would want it to be and incredibly easy to install- four screws for the over-the-door option. The three reasons standing in the way of five stars are 1) there is no indention on the side for fingers to open the case which is secured by a magnet so fingernails are almost necessary to open it 2) the bold black background adds additional burden in seeing the jewelry (make sure the location you choose has a TON of light) 3)too much space is given for rings and not enough for small flexible bracelets like chains, beads, pearls, etc. Overall, this unit changed my mom's world. Now that she can see all her jewelry at once she has rediscovered old favorites that were shoved in the back of her other inadequate boxes. This jewelry case seems to be the first that was actually designed by women for women!

I initially received the wrong product from this Co. but they were very quick with a response and a easy solution. Kudos to their CS department.

This armoire is built well and is designed for ease of use. Two thing I admire in a product. However, there is are some space planning issues with it. The earring holder should vary in width between rows to better accommodate different types of earrings such as dangling, hoops or studs.

It solved my jewelry problem that I had with jewelry being all over my room in little trinket boxes and various jewelry boxes. It's so nice to open it up and see it all in one place!! You wont be sorry you bought this!

I have tried many jewelry cases over the years and this one is the best. It holds so much and everything is at eye level and easy to see. I hung mine on a wall in my closet, so I don't have the issue with the door opening. My favorite part is the necklace hooks. Some of my earrings did not fit in the earring holder, but the jewelry case has trays below the necklace hooks to hold items that won't fit in the other areas.

This with out a doubt is the neatest thing I have ever bought online or in a store. I have a ton of jewelery and it holds all of it. It is also nice looking and the mirror is great!!!

It arrived quickly and was all set up with the exception of two hooks at top that I had to scred in (that took less than 5 minutes.

It is just Great ----- I love it and so does everyone I have shown it to.

Awesome armoire! It holds every piece of jewelry I own.I emptied 5 jewelry boxes. All my jewelry is so easily accessible.I love opening the doors to pick out what to wear with my outfit.It gives me the chance to use everything I own.HIGHLY recommend this product. It is well made,sturdy and very solid wood.I love the full length mirror on the front.I can't sing enough praises.

My husband and I gave this to our daughter for Christmas this year and she loves it. She recently moved into an apartment at college and this really saves a lot of room. Very spacious! Would recommend to anyone with a child that has a lot of jewelry!
