4.0 out of 5 stars Funny to the end!!!
I bought this game because I'm a fan of MegaMan since it's beginning... I really loved the villains in MegaMan Legends: The Bonne Family. And this games completely delivers the excitement and duty that being a villain must be... And Tron is really one of the cutest villains around! :) This time your job is (as pirates) get 1,000 000 Zenny to pay off a debt that Tron's...

3.0 out of 5 stars The lighter side of Legends!
This is definitely the lighter side of Megaman Legends. I didn't expect the puzzle sections or the thievery theme, but overall, I still thought the game was great. Good for unwinding and knowing that there's more to this fictional world than just the intensity of Legends and Legends 2. Three stars!

I bought this game because I'm a fan of MegaMan since it's beginning... I really loved the villains in MegaMan Legends: The Bonne Family. And this games completely delivers the excitement and duty that being a villain must be... And Tron is really one of the cutest villains around! :) This time your job is (as pirates) get 1,000 000 Zenny to pay off a debt that Tron's bro Teisel (Funniest villain alive! :) has borrowed from Mister Loath to pay their ship: The Gesselchaft. With Teisel being kidnapped, Tron must get the money the Bonne Family way! :) Pirates steal things right? Well Tron steals things using her legion of 40 different Servbots and her 3 special robots she can pilot... (The Gustaff is really cool! :) A mix of puzzle, action and RPG; This games is really entertaining! You're going to fall for the Servbots (They're so cute!) as you realize they are almost unstoppable killing machines! Every servbot has a specific ability and personality and you can level them up through minigames. The details are really funny in this game. You will want to send your servbots (Using Beacon Bombs) checking out every items, Street Lamp, Mail Box, Big Rock, Pillar, bench and more because even if there is not anything to get there, they will perform various wacky and cute moves (i.e. Climb the Lamp, fall back down and cry). And the other thing that makes me laugh so much about the servbots is that they get Crushed, burned, smashed and they still survive and Tron is always strict with them and they are so happy when she's proud of them... (Just talking about this game makes me wanna play :) In other words, be open, check out everything and put yourself in the shoes of a villain "Who likes to steal treasures in a flamboyant way" :) and you'll love this game :)

Pros: You can develop the Servbots' abilities ~ Lots of different gameplay styles and details ~ You get attached to the characters and they are very funny

Cons: A little bit too easy in some levels ~ Some powerups and abilities you almost never get the chande to use to their full potential...

Must buy for any MegaMan fan! :)

4.0 out of 5 stars Anarchy kawaii!, May 26, 2000
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: The Misadventures of Tron Bonne (Video Game)
There's weird hybrids, and then there's "The Misadventures of Tron Bonne", which might best be described as a combination of single-player "Mario Party" with the inventorty and character interaction of a "Final Fantasy" game. But that description misses two important factors: wanton plunder and CUTE LITTLE SERVBOTS!

The goal of the game is to collect one-million zenny (a Capcom monetary unit) to pay off the Bonne family debts. The young, morally-unencumbered Tron is a mechanical whiz, so she sets off in the mighty ship Gesselschaff with its robotic crew to raise the funds the old-fashioned way: by stealing them.

The four major modes in the title are mini-games: two variants on dungeon-crawling, a puzzle section, and a 3-D platform shootout. Tron, usually piloting her mechanical mobile suit, Gustaff, is assisted by 40 cute-as-a-button "servbots". The great thing about the servbots is their absolute innocence in the service of piracy -- it's hilarious to blow the doors off a house, send in the servbots, and watch them run out yelling "yay!", their arms full of loot.

The servbots have distinct personalities, and unique skills that can be unlocked by giving each a unique object. They can also improve their core skills by playing still more mini-games aboard the ship. And for servbots that get lazy, there's a torture room where you're challenged to spike, torch, and flatten naughty servbots.

It's a peculiar mix, but open-minded gamers will love this title...

If you've ever played a Mega Man game, like me,you'll probably enjoy this. It's one good game. This is the plot:Tron's brother Teisel, has borrowed one million zenny(that's what money is called in case you didn't know)to work on the new ship Gesselchaft. He says he'll have to work hard to get it back,so he sets course for the ruins of Nakkai and a robot. When he gets to the ruins,he is taken away,so Tron and her adorable little Servbots intend to get
back the 1,000,000 zenny. This game is also funny at times.Plus, this game value of replay is great. It allows you to do lots of stuff with the Servbots too.You can train them, you can use them to fight, you can gain adjustments from them, you can even punish them when they get lazy! So I'll say this review in three words:This is excellent!

The Misadventures Of Tron Bonne (a hot pirate girl) is a cute little game with the most adorable tiny creatures you've ever seen! To me, they sorta look like super small Lego Men! I can't believe a game where you are the villain could be so cool! You get 3 giant robots and you get to go around in your robots, destroying things and your tiny robots steal things and are really tiny unstoppable killing machines! If they get smashed, burned, or frozen, Tron just gets strict with them and they never die.Its a tad bit easy at the beginnin', but its really great! For those of you who have played a Megaman game expect the most!Well, This game is all that AND a bag of chips with dip!Later!

I found this game to have a challenging set up and fun storyline. It interests me because it is an action RPG game, but it also gives you puzzles that have taken me hours to solve. I have to honestly rate it five stars. Now if only I could remove an enourmouse scratch from it that is preventing me from facing the finall boss.

5.0 out of 5 stars SERVBOTS, November 10, 2010

SERVBOTS. OH MY GOD SERVBOTS.

That aside, I loved every minute of this. The tank-style controls to operate the Gustaff took a bit of getting used to, but even that's a bit minimal. The first game I've played in the MM:Legends series and this has gotten me very interested in playing both the originals.

My only gripe about this was the Puzzle section for capturing the freight containers. Good thing that section is optional, as you really can just run through everything else and/or grind through the ruins for Zenny.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazingly Fun Game, August 21, 2010
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: The Misadventures of Tron Bonne (Video Game)
I may be late with my review but I saw this game up and thought, why not? This MML 1 and 2 are my favorite games to this day.( I'd never sell them) This will bring you some background with the Bonne family. It also brings with it all the rival characters you knew and loved, in the legends series. As you know this and the Legends series brings something totally new from the other Megaman series, 3D and loveable interesting characters and story. Never going into extremes of, justice must be served (Megaman) or being constantly serious and dreary.(MegamanX)Megaman Legends 1 and 2 and the Misadventures of Tron Bonne all strike the perfect balance. Megaman wanting dig and explore, but getting constantly interrupted, though still happy to help where he can. Tron just wanting to make money, but needs to save her brothers from loansharks in the process. All in a dated but still colorful 3d game, unless you search the ruins where you'll find whats left of a destroyed an eerie world. You will have great fun playing this game and the others!
