Editorial Reviews

The Ludwig von Mises Institute was founded in 1982 as the research and educational center of classical liberalism, libertarian political theory, and the Austrian School of economics. It serves as the world's leading provider of educational materials, conferences, media, and literature in support of the tradition of thought represented by Ludwig von Mises and the school of thought he enlivened and carried forward during the 20th century, which has now blossomed into a massive international movement of students, professors, professionals, and people in all walks of life. It seeks a radical shift in the intellectual climate as the foundation for a renewal of the free and prosperous commonwealth.

Kindle blogs are fully downloaded onto your Kindle so you can read them even when you're not wirelessly connected. And unlike RSS readers which often only provide headlines, blogs on Kindle give you full text content and images, and are updated wirelessly throughout the day.

5.0 out of 5 stars Indispensable for Libertarians March 30, 2012
Cannot start my day without the Mises Daily in my Kindle. If you are the kind of person who does not like to read large books, this is perfect way to get an insight about Austrian School of Economics, libertarianism and capitalism through short daily articles.

4.0 out of 5 stars Mises Blog Daily March 26, 2011
By Diane
Blog is from a libertarian point of view. Most articles are short with links to their website, which can be a problem on kindle. However, there are some longer ones and if I want more information I can go online. The Ludwig von Mises Institute promotes solid, free market policies. Longer articles are very thoughtful. It gives you a thumbnail sketch of what is going on in the world. Worth the price.

1.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic when it worked... May 15, 2015
First off, I absolutely love the Mises Institute. It pains me greatly to give a 1 star review. The Mises Daily articles are fantastic and reading them on Kindle is ideal. However, this hasn't worked since about January 2015. Around the time was redesigned, the RSS feed that supplies the articles to Amazon must have been disrupted. I'm very disappointed. So far I've been counting my continued monthly $.99 charge as a donation of sorts. I desperately miss this working. PLEASE fix it!!!
