Linda Kozar is the co-author of Babes With A Beatitude--Devotions For Smart, Savvy Women of Faith (Howard/Simon & Schuster) and author of Misfortune Cookies (2008), Just Desserts (2011) (Barbour Publishing). Her three-book "When The Fat Ladies Sing," cozy mystery series (Misfortune Cookies, A Tisket, A Casket and Dead As A Doornail) will release in MAY of 2012 in ebook format, published by Spyglass Lane Mysteries. She received the ACFW Mentor of the Year Award in 2007, and four previous writing awards, was founder/president of Writers On The Storm, a local ACFW chapter for three years and now serves on the Board. In 2003, she co-founded, co-directed and later served as Southwest Texas Director of Words For The Journey Christian Writers Guild. She and her husband have been married for 22 years, have two lovely daughters, and a Rat Terrier princess named Patches.

This book was so funny and refreshing in a time when the whole world needs to laugh! Read it in one day. hurry up with the sequel.

Wonderful easy to read mystery with twists and turns that occur in this quaint little town with quirky characters. Starts out immediately drawing your attention to a possible murder. Felt attached to the main characters and all they were going through. Side stories filled with romance and intrigue. Loved curling up in a blanket and sipping tea with this page turner!Can't wait for sequel!
