I really liked the intention of the story plot--it had loving sisterhood relationships, intriguing mystery of espionage, and hero/heroine's love-at-first-sight courtship. However, the presentation of the story was the down-fall of this book--it had too many cat-and-mouse game, too many unfortunate (or deliberate) interruptions, too many dragged-on misunderstanding which could easily be cleared away, Miss Charity's occasional sensibility... And there were also many incidences were left without satisfactory explanations. It probably would be better to just kept it sample and concise, perhaps the rating would be higher then.
