My kids just love this book! I always get excited about authors who do both the story and the illustrations, and in "Miss Kitty" both are terrific. We happen to have a golden retriever too, so my kids love hearing about Miss Kitty's adventure. We have read this book over and over, and hope there will be a sequel.

This is an excellent children's book. Kids of all ages will enjoy this authors FIRST book. My grandchildren had me read it over and over again. I've read that this author, Michael Faulkner, not only composed the story but did the illustrations himself. Enjoyable, captivating and teaches a wonderful lesson to children. Can't wait for the next one in the mysteries series. Great job Mr. Faulkner.
