The shoes arrived on time but not quite in new condition. One of the ankle straps appeared to have been worn out. The silver coating was peeling off the leather. Not exactly what you expect with a new pair of shoes. The box also looked a little beat up. Don't know if I got the last pair on the shelf or if they had been bought and returned numerous times. I sent them back and did not request a replacement. Will think twice before ordering this brand again. Other than that, they were cute shoes. Very tall.
