Good Source of Two Essential Small Faces CD's, December 17, 2005

This is a re-package. Disc 1 is the CD "Absolutely the Best" (out of print) and Disc 2 is the CD "Odds and Mods" all available as single CD's (new and used). However, as a packaged set this is more than half what you would pay for the two single CD's if purchased separtely. Many stereo/mone alternate takes and some single edits. If you don't have the single CD's, then pick this set up. If you just discovering the Small Faces, there are other more comprehensive collections that you should try first such as "Ultimate Collection" or the "35th Anniversary Edition" on Castle. These have all the hits.
