I ordered this remote control warship for my 8 year old. While I wasn't expecting much, I was expecting a product that worked out of the box, This did not - and it was made of cheap plastic pieces that didn't quite fit together. In addition, the box it came in looked like it had been 'regifted'. In any case, I contacted the seller for a refund, and after I had to pay shipping costs to return it, I only received a refund for half of the original [...] I paid for it. When I complained to the seller, I was informed that the remaining balance was the shipping cost of the seller to me for the original order, despite the fact that the original listing indicated a price of [...] + free shipping. Now the seller writes me an email stating that

"Per our return policy, return other than exchange, shipping fee is non-refundable. however, if you could leave us 5star positive feedback, we will refund you the balance. thank you."

So apparently, I can get all of my money back for a defective product they sent me if I misled others and give the a 5 star rating. Sorry, my integrity can't be bought.

Be forewarned. I will never buy from the seller again. BTW - this is my first negative review in many years of buying products through Amazon.

I got this boat for just driving around the ocean. Turns out, I got a lot more than I expected. It's incredibly durable, and can even sometimes take on surf up to a few feet tall. I put my water-proof camera on it and drove it around, which I came back with some incredibly stunning footage. This also looks good with Army men sometimes in Naval Uniform.

This item just plain didn't work. When I tried to exchange it for one that does, they told me that I was outside of the 30 day return period, so I was out of luck. They took my money and gave me a crappy pile of junk that doesn't work. Don't buy this or any other items from this seller.

This little ship moves around the pond. It is water sensor active, so propellers won't spin without water. The 20 minute charge goes quick when your having fun. Overall good buy and fast shipment.

I purchased this remote controlled boat for my 5 year old grandson to play with in our small pool (10'x30"). He had a fantastic time. The only problem that I can see is that it has some very delicate small parts that can easily break and the bow is very pointed. Since our pool has an inflated ring on the top he had to be very careful not to hit the top ring and puncture it.

Received ship with missing parts and ship did not work. Looked like someone had returned the ship and I ended up with their defective ship.

Waiting on vendor to call.

Water came into the boat and sunk it - now nothing works any more and the rudder is already rusting away.
A reall piece of disappointment

Although my son enjoyed the toy initially, he claims that not all the parts were fully functional quickly. There was no number listed in the box that we could call to ask regarding current problems.
