Eddie Godshalk is an expert in his field. He is an author, speaker, real estate coach, consultant, and an investor. The information he gives in " The Missing Keys to Thriving in Any Real Estate Market" comes from his experience, knowledge and research. The most impressive aspect about this book is he gives a no-bull approach - he says it like it is.

For me, the most important aspect of this book were the false assumptions. The one that stood out the most was "Licensed Real Estate Professionals, and the Web, Have The Most Current Information." According to Godshalk the most reliable is not MLS as most of us assume, but his Home Value Predictor(tm). It is an analytical tool that gives information at the neighborhood level and future price movements. Using the book, along with his accompanying website, you will gain assurance in which market to pursue.

When taking time to delve into Godshalk's book, we as real estate investors, or those of us that are considering investing, will find imperative information to help us make decisions based on his expertise. During these financially turbulent times, many of us are afraid to take the risk of investing. But, by understanding Goldshalk's web-based system, our fears are diminished so that we can confidently invest in real estate again.
