Her latest book is entitled Reputational Risk Management: The Essential Guide to Protecting Your Reputation in Crisis Situations, published by BEW Publishing. She is a Principal with Peg Jackson & Associates in San Francisco, CA and Alexandria, VA.

Inspired by her clients' needs, she designed the Done in a Day® risk management, contingency planning and reputational risk management product lines. These "in a box" solutions have saved her clients valuable time and resources. Peg earned a doctorate in public administration (DPA) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and holds the professional designation of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). She designed the Jackson Risk Management Model© as part of an award-winning doctoral dissertation on risk management techniques.
