Mission Based Management clearly focuses the reader on the steps that must be taken for a not-for-profit organization to become a high performance entity. This book should mandatory reading for every Board member and staff of a not-for-profit organization.When the Board and staff understand that all decisions should be made entirely from the prespective of how that decision will impact the mission of the organization, the purpose for which the organization was founded will be fulfilled. |
