Get out of your comfort zone!
So maybe some of the challenges are silly, but that's kind of the point. This book is just meant to be game, pure entertainment. It's not going to make you a better person or turn you into someone you're not. What I like about playing is that it gives me something to look forward to (or dread, depending on the challenge I've chosen to do) on days that seem to just drag...

Change your life did you say?
How on earth is it going to change your life if you would go to a gas station and wash a random car? This book is filled with such 'quests' that you are supposed to follow. Yeah right! Really bad book. Stay away from it, unless you want to throw away 10 dollars.

So maybe some of the challenges are silly, but that's kind of the point. This book is just meant to be game, pure entertainment. What I like about playing is that it gives me something to look forward to (or dread, depending on the challenge I've chosen to do) on days that seem to just drag on. I've been doing a task in the mission every day for the past three weeks. Has my life completely changed? Maybe not, but it's been a blast playing. Follow me as I tackle the tasks in this book: [...]
If you're wondering why I haven't given the book 5 stars, it's because I think this book would be much better if it had enough challenges to do one a day for an entire year. There are only 200 challenges in this book.
