I've known Jon for about 13 years now and just finished reading his book. His mission is simply to reach Catholic families where they are at. This book is great for both the devout and those searching. The theme is how to to cultivate a rich spirituality within the family and Jon offers some wonderfully concrete ways for people to do that. He doesn't just give a recommendation; he also walks you through it or tells you how he's started doing it. Jon's mission is to reach families and this book accomplishes that mission. I highly recommend it as an easy yet insightful read.

Jon Leonetti has written a great book for families and Catholics in general. Almost a mini-catechism, Jon discusses the role of the family in relation to the Trinity and the Church. Only in relation to the Trinity and the Church can we really understand what family is about. Jon explains this in a straightforward and readable style. He also offers practical ways families can better live out their mission.

I found this book very accessible and engaging. This book does a wonderful job emphasizing the familial relationship of the Church, and the evangelical mission of every family. I think it's a great read for anyone who wants to more fully understand the mission and role of the domestic Church within the context of the larger Church!
