This review is from: Mission San Francisco de Solano (Missions of California) (Hardcover)
My son used this book to help him write his fourth grade "Mission Report". It was very helpful to have so many facts about this particular mission in one place. The photos, sketches and maps also help to paint an interesting picture of mission life in the 1800's. The last chapter about making a mission model was very useful and gave him some very concrete ideas about how to go about it.
