The Blu-ray version of Mission Impossible 3 looks and sounds great! It's not the absolute best blu-ray quality, but it is very good! This is the best of the first 3 mission impossibles (it's not as good as ghost protocol though) and I'm glad I purchased it! I like the new boxart and amazon literally shipped it to me in 3 days right on christmas eve day when I did standard shipping! Very fast shipping!

Non stop action and special effects. A+ for Cruise, Hoffman & Rhames. Great special effects and cinematography in blu ray is life like.

I won't review the movie since it's not all that helpful. Instead, I will comment on the blu-ray version which is superb overall. The picture quality and sound are both very impressive. Playing it on my PS3, the color is very clear and contrast on my LCD TV is nearly flawless. There were a couple scenes where I noticed very slight pixelation but it was very brief. Audio is handled extremely well with good separation between dialog and low-frequency bass for the "boom" effect. All in all, I was quite impressed with this blu-ray version and I would rank it in the top 5 BD movies I own. Highly recommended!

I recently received a Blu-Ray player as a Xmas gift along with the Blu Ray of MI-3(the giver knew I had seen the first, second, and fourth one, "Ghost Protocol," but not this one). I was thrilled with the sights to be found on Blu Ray in addition to being thrilled with the film. It kicks into gear very quickly and is a thrill a minute halted only by (*Spoiler alert) the final ten minutes which is somewhat anti-climatic since the old Roger Ebert "Talking Villain Rule," where the villain has to spew hot air before dispensing of the hero, kicks in. (end spoiler). No matter, this film was as good if not better than the newest entry, "Ghost Protocol" and for this Blu Ray "virgin," the look is amazing. Note Target had MI-3 on sale for $6.50 and it is well worth it.

One last point just to spew some of my own hot air. I was a bit disappointed when Cruise completely disconnected the films from the TV show by going the James-Bond-route in the second film and drifting even further away with the Bourne-Identity-meets-True-Lies-route with number 3 and number 4. But these films are sure a ton of fun anyway. Here's hoping for a number 5.

Very entertaining. I enjoy action movies and this movie doesn't disappoint. Very good for a sequel. Recommend to any Tom Cruise action flick enthusiasts.
