Despite the picture, this includes only the swing. The legs and awning must be purchased separately. Imagine my surprise when I had this sent to my parents as a Christmas gift!

[Edit: Looks like they've changed the picture for this item since I purchased it and wrote this review. Good for them! I'm improving my rating.]
