Missouri seems to have more than its share of ghosts. Missouri Hauntings is a great supernatural tour of the "Show Me" state. Locations like Shoal Creek in Joplin; the Homer G. Phillips Hospital in St. Louis; a Haunted Steamboat in St. Charles; Bluff Dwellers Cave in Noel; and Deadman's Pond in Reeds Springs; are just a few of the dozens of sites that come "alive" through Lee Prosser's historical research and sensitivity to the paranormal. Not just ghost stories, Missouri Hauntings offers insight behind the haunts. Hats off to Lee Prosser for an excellent compendium of Missouri's supernatural side.

Being born and raised in Missouri, I have lived in numerouse haunted homes, many of my friends and relatives can attest to same.This book is great in many ways, wether your visiting or live in Mo this book is a must have.Many of locations I have heard of and some were new to me.I will say if you are planning on visiting our beautiful state its a great book to have
