I heard "All For believing" a couple of years ago on triple J and was pretty impressed by how beautiful it sounded. This chick knows how to play piano and sing!

For two years I wondered "where did Missy Higgins go?" and found out from an interview that she graduated high school last year! The maturity in her lyrics and vocals surprised me because she is still pretty young.

It just goes to show how much talent this unearthed winner has when she's writing and playing such great music at this age.

I definately agree that 'special two' is the best song of this single.

I can't wait for the album. Missy is going to make it big!

I bought the two songs (Greed for Your Love and Falling) from an online music site run by a company named after a certain fruit for just .99 each - since the other two songs on this 4 song EP are already on her excellent Sound of White album.

The two songs that I did not already have are pretty good, but don't seem to match the songwriting and musical quality of those that DID make the album so great. If you're a fan, it would be worth seeking these songs out to get a few more songs from a rising star - however, I would highly recommend doing so at a lower price than is listed here.

I came across Missy while being in australia, and she's definatley one of the best things to come out from down under in a long while. This melbourne based musician has earned her spars and is just starting to break out over seas.
If you listen to the record, you'll realize that Missy is not only talented but soulful and deep. She has an understanding that not many 20 year olds have. She's incredibly talented and it comes out in the music she creates. I picked up her second ep "Scar" while still being in Oz, hopefully her full length album "The sound of white" will be released soon. Listen to the record, it's one that should not be missed.

Any CD of hers that contains the song "The Special Two" get's five stars from me. Missy Higgins sings with such conviction. A truly beautiful song.

I lucked out finding this EP in a bargain bin when I visited Australia in November 2010 for only $5.00(AUS).

Back when I young and had disposable income, I'd spend loads of money buying EP's because they usually contained b-sides or re-mixed tracks. More often than not after listening to them, you can see why the particular tracks didn't make the cut.

Since I spent so little on this EP, even though the non-LP tracks weren't probably as good the ones that made it to the c.d., they were still a worthy addition to the collection.

The likelihood of finding this EP in a bargain bin in the States is probably unlikely, but if you can pic up a copy cheap like I did, it's well worth it.
