Dart Term Professor of Operations Management and Director of the Center for Operations Management Education and Research at the School of Business Administration, University of Southern California. Doug Stewart is Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Anderson School of Business, University of New Mexico. In 2004, Doug Stewart and John Grout received a Shingo Prize for Manufacturing Excellence in Research for their paper "The Human Side of Mistake-Proofing." --This text refers to the Paperback edition.

The URL is provided in the front matter of the Kindle version. Chase and Stewart's book is a classic. Clearly the easiest read on the topic anywhere.
