This review is from: Mister Drake's Duck [VHS] (VHS Tape)
A good cast with many familiar faces provides quite a few laughs--including several repeat visual "gags". The basic concept requires a bit of "suspension of disbelief" but with that in mind it is a light but enjoyable film. Doctor Who fans in particular will find this early glimpse of the comedic talent of Jon Pertwee (who became the 3rd Doctor 20 years later) particularly entertaining.
