Very highly recommended viewing for young children, What Do You Do With The Mad That You Feel?: Life Lessons: Self-Control, Expression And Healthy Outlets features Mister Rogers and his Neighborhood in an informative and fun exploration of emotions and anger management, which is ideal for teaching young viewers preventative and helpful understandings of how to deal with stressful problems or situations, and just how best they might assess the issues and stresses that make them angry. What Do You Do With The Mad That You Feel? offers an entertaining, non-threatening, and progressive explanation of the unknown hostile feelings and the control that children have over such feelings, engaging and teaching its viewers in an active and fun way with 57 minutes of rich entertainment. Mr. Rogers is a timeless classic for pre-schoolers. My 4 year old loves the shows and I don't have to worry about what she is viewing. I wish more were available on DVD!

My daughter loves this dvd. It includes not only 2 shows but a video of how they make construction paper. It is even interesting for a parent!

I've always had a big squooshy soft spot in my heart for Mr. R. Sure, he was sappy and possibly the nerdiest television personality of all time. But it always felt good to watch his show and I learned something every time.
It's nice to see him on DVD and my daughter loves watching him, too. I recommend any of his videos to fans of all ages. The little trolley that comes with this seems like a hokey incentive - would anyone really buy more titles to collect the whole set? |
