Not pure lavender oil but it works well. It is not too greasy and it is very flexible in the way it can be used. You can use it in baths, after shower/bath or in massages. Better than advertised.

I was leery about buying this type of product online, since you can't smell or feel it. But I was very pleasantly surprised. The oil is amazingly fragrant, with a variety of soothing scents. I ordered the lavender oil, and while that was the dominant scent, traces of sunflower oil and others are occasionally noticed. This is great for a good backrub or massage.

I have the pleasure of owning the Verbena scent, with rich, slightly lemony and part bitter herbal tang in a silky oil that is wonderful after a shower, massaged right in or added to a warm bath. I might also add that it's simply marvelous as massage oil, releasing tension as warm hands rub the muscles and the aromas are released.

This oil is a blend of grapeseed, sweet almond and olive oils, which I buy on their own for adding into lotions of splashing on in the shower for fragrant and soft skin. The Verbena scent is a wonderful mix of lime, jasmine, mint and fresh summer mornings, when the breeze swirls the sheer curtains and sunny air fills the space. This oil in the morning puts a smile on my face and adds a lovely perfume to my skin, and I use it as a moisturizer more than as a massage oil unless I can force my boyfriend to give me one : )

This is a must for sweet nights and good mornings and with so many rich flavors its not easy to choose but who said life was easy, sometimes a girl has to buy more than one scent...

This is agreat massaging oil. My wife loves the scent and the fact that the sheets do not get stained. The oil feels great and get absorbed in a timely fashion, not leaving any residues on the skin. It's a good product but a bit pricey.

I have purchased this item twice already. I use it in the bath to relieve very dry skin. It has a light, lemony fragrance that is perfect for the summer months. The bottle has a shaker top which helps to prevent spillage and gives better control over amount used. The oil is also excellent for direct application to the skin. I sometimes add a drop to medicated creams to improve te scent.

This product moisturizes your skin fully and smells great too.. I'm always complemented for the smell -- it does smell great. The ways in which I use this is (1) to take it with me whenever I've got a massage appointment; and (2) after the shower, when there's still a light film of water/moisture on the skin, immediately apply....won't live without it...

The oil has the perfect consistency for massaging. It is light enough to spread easily, but doesn't soak into your skin so quickly that you keep having to reapply. Also, it's not so greasy that you feel it lingering on top of your skin after the massage is over. A little does go a long way and this little addition greatly helps in getting to those knots.

The scent is gorgeous. The Lavender is not overpowering and while I cannot find any mention of it on the ingredient list, for some reason it reminds me slightly of a hint of Sandalwood. Perhaps it is the Rosemary. But the blend is truly exquisite.

I've tried it as a moisturizer but prefer it as a massage oil.

Bottomline is I was pleasantly blown away by how lovely it was!

Great smell. I use this as baby massage oil and it works great, plus the smell helps baby to fall asleep.

This oil smells great (I use Lavender) and it is very smooth and easy to use for a firm massage. It also goes a long way, it is not messy but it does not dry up or soak in to fast either. Excellent Product.

Everything is great but the scent. The reason for not getting the 5th star: it smells a bit more like a therapeutic medicine than a beauty product.
