Made in Bradford, England, this delicately scented shaving soap was born almost a century ago, when chemist Fred Mitchell discovered it was the lanolin in wool fat that was keeping the hands of local sheep shearers and wool sorters so unnaturally soft. Mitchell's wool fat soap continues to use lanolinand other organic ingredients that soothe sensitive skin. This 4.4 oz soap, which has been broadly recommended by dermatologists to alleviate skincomplaints, comes in a ceramic bowl with a lid.

This is the best soap in the world. The scent is masculine, but light and fresh. The shave is smooth. The lather is difficult but worth it. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Andrew Martin
I'm new to wet shaving. Tried out a few other soaps. But this one beats them all.Published 1 month ago by Marco
Decent lather, but not as good as some others. The lather collapses very quickly before one side is done the other side is sans lather. Sad really.Published 1 month ago by Trevor J. Davids

This is not a product for beginners. If you've just started using a brush to make lather, I'd suggest going with something soft and creamy at first. Read morePublished 2 months ago by Jeff
First shaving soap I've tried, and I love it. Do not need aftershave as the lanolin seems to do the trick.Published 2 months ago by Kyle
