Delivery was very quick and the product arrived with no problems but after I installed it. I noticed that the TV would have a half second glitch when switching from channel to channel. Some times it would be a little longer and became very annoying. I contacted seller via email and phone call about 4 times and the seller said to just return the product and that they would resend a new one. I shipped the item back with a different box since I threw away the original. The seller was fully aware of my situation but acknowledged that the item would be replaced. After a WEEK of waiting for a call or a follow-up I decided to call them to see what the status was.

Shockingly, they said , "What lamp, you mean the one we threw away?" I couldnt believe it. The seller replied, "it was not in the original box so we threw it away." WOW. My Gosh, what kind of person throws away a package received back to them with copies of all the emails and my contact info after opening it? I dont want to assume that they just lied to me and sold it to another person to make more money. All for $133.

You've lost a customer and I hope the rest of you that read this dont go through the same experience that I have. I definitely question the integrity of this seller. Becareful of this seller.

In the end... The seller refused to do anything about it and said that I must buy another one. Of course no one in their right mind would spend a dime on somebody as shady as this guy. Im sorry. I spent my money elsewhere.
