Good for Parties and Your Car !!!!!!,
By Luey D. (New Jersey) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Mix Show 1: Club Music From Ny Underground (Audio CD)
This CD is pretty good. It is a must have for house parties where you want people to keep dancing to different tunes and for your car because you don't have to listen to repitious tracks. The songs are all original mixes and only between 3:30 and 6:00 minutes long (1 song may be 9 minutes long). Overall, the CD is good except for a couple of questionable songs. Try it, you may like it.

I listen to over and over! I picked this up cold and expected nothing. Instead, I keep it in the CD tray always. In a flood of overrated and boring club compilations, fortunately, this one is a real stand out! Not sure why other reviewers weren't happy with it, but when I'm going thru all my club discs, and want to get hyped up for a weekend night, this one wins every time! Great for the gym too.

This album is off the hook,
By Simon M "Another guy" (San Francisco, CA United States) - See all my reviews

I bought this cd after a quick listen at a listening station at virgin. A lot of the songs are remixes of other club songs, and quite often better than the original. The three standouts, in my opinion, are the first track (which is a quasi-remix of New Order's "Confusion" from Blade), the Doomsnight remix (much better, IMHO, than the original), and the Komodo mix. These three make the album right there, but the rest of the tracks are extremely listenable as well.
