The ingredients used in these recipes are typically already in your pantry or refrigerator! There are a minimum number of ingredients so they're quick to put together and with the use of spices and healthy sauces, they taste great. Am really enjoying a lot of new recipes - try the soup recipe with potatoes, kale and turkey sausage!

I just bought this cookbook after a friend's recommendation. A novel concept! The book is divided into 3 flip sections...so you can open it up and BAM! you've got a great dinner menu. The instructions are so easy to follow and the author gives suggestions on which dishes to pair together. I love it!

What a great way to come up with some interesting dinner ideas--I love the mix and match concept! I've got three children, and the recipes are easy to follow (they love helping me in the kitchen!) and taste really good. While I like to cook, I am sometimes at a loss for what to cook; this cookbook has solved this problem entirely. :)

I love the receipes and the way you can create meals by the way the book is set up. The book is broken down into 3 sections entrees, side dishes and deserts and when you turn the pages,you can band the receipes together to show one page and just cook until your hearts desire without turning another page or using 3 different cookbooks. I have ordered serveral and given out as gifts. Everyone loved them.

A year and a half ago I became a single dad. Although I like to cook recipes were not readily available. Anne's book not only gives me great simple recipes to follow, but also how to mix the ingredients and the sequence for preparing to cook what you are making. The menus are easy to follow, great versatility, and bottom line taste great. I have made things I probably would never have thought of cooking like the Irish stew. That went over very well with friends and family. Love the simple sauces she makes and the way they make the foods taste, like the pan-seared salmon with lemon and rosemary, or the tuna with the soy-citrus sauce. Mom's Spaghetti and Meatball's was so easy to make and was even great the next day as meatballs alone. For single parents or folks on the go short easy menus you can throw together in less than hour with incredible variety and great taste. A must have cookbook.

I am a professional caterer and I am always asked by friends if I can give them some easy recipes to make for their families. When I discovered Ms. Doyle's cookbook I was overjoyed with the creativity of mixing and matching delicious entrees with wonderful side dishes and desserts. At any excuse to give a present, I send out The Mix and Match Menu Cookbook and I have even used it quite a few times myself when hired for dinner parties. With so many cookbooks out there to choose from, I highly recommend this one above others. It is a super present for newlyweds, people too busy to cook, or for people who are tired of thinking up creative meals. You won't be disappointed,

I probably make the tilapia baked in tin foil once a week. So great!
