Biography

Beck Hansen was born and raised in Los Angeles. As a teenager, Beck became immersed in traditional blues and folk. When he was 18, he moved to New York where he became part of the city's late 80's "anti-folk" scene, playing at various small clubs around the East Village and Lower East Side.

4.0 out of 5 stars Mixed Bizness to the max, July 19, 2001

This review is from: Mixed Bizness Pt.1 (Audio CD)
This Single is definitely worth buying. The first track is the good 'ole original Mixed Bizness track from Midnite Vultures, and there are 4 other remixes of it on the cd, as well as one pretty boring extra track. All of the remixes are completely different, the first one being a good techno remix, the second one being kind of a capella, but still good, and the third one seems to be the original song with parts muted and sound effects amplified. The fourth one falls into the boring catergory with the other track, but the other good tracks make up for them.
