Mixed Emotions

You're going to see this same review from me for all four of David Lynn Jones' albums. I first heard him a month or so ago on RFD-TV's weekly program called "Heart to Heart", hosted by Stan Hitchcock; and I was completely blown away by David's performance there. (There is one song he played and sang on that show that's not on any of his albums -- probably called "Free Like A Stone" -- and it is just amazing.)

Anyway, I have sought out and bought all four of his albums on CDs, and I just can't stop listening to them.

I don't understand why any of his record labels aren't still releasing his albums! David Lynn Jones' music is just simply incredible ... the lyrics are great, the music is superb and David's voice is absolutely perfect.

I do a little bit of songwriting myself; and these four CDs are the best sources of inspiration that I've ever found to-date.

If anyone reading this likes a mix of country, rock, blues and gospel then David Lynn Jones' CDs are a must!
