This book gives great insight into a region which is so often forgotten in U.S. relations. I had to read the book for a class and I was initially dreading it, but once I got to reading it, I loved what evidence and questions the author posed regarding existing policy and what kinds of "solutions" there are.I highly recommend this book to anyone that is looking to understand more about Latin America or is interested in US Foreign Relations. |
