If you like Orlando style break beats, this is the CD you've been craving. This high energy compilation mixed by Florida's "Bass Queen" made me want to jump out of my seat & start dancing. It's got the drum & bass feel only a central Florida Dj can deliver. Words can't explain how I felt after listening to this. It's like having an ear gasm!

It's about time another good breaks cd was released.I've been a fan of Baby anne ever since I heard her first mix back in 00'.I have to say this is one of my favorite cd's by her,this album is just too sweet for words.I love the way she takes classic Florida breaks and fuses them with Miami style bass and electro.You must buy this cd if you like dance music.

Finally! we get our old baby anne back. I saw her spin at a place called the tabernacle in atlanta, which i believe has since been shut down...anyhow..the atlanta crowd was completely not feeling her break beats and she got pissed. it was great because she really started mixing some dark stuff..i loved it. i'm from florida, so baby anne is a staple on the scene here..
I think Mixtress is her best release to date.

DJ Baby Anne's first album was earth moving. One had to have the amps and bass speakers to be able to get all the tones of bass from the album. Absolutely impressive. She continues her trend in this album the Mixtress with similar style but instead of every song being a audible wonder, there's about 4 or 5 songs on this album with the energy, tempo and power to make ones feet and body move. Great bass lines once again and great to hear some good songs from this genre.

I like to listen to dance music while doing cardio work at the gym. I bought this cd back in February and have been playing this baby to death! The mix is great and the music really gets you pumping. Lots of high energy that will get you moving.

This is a very consistant mix of songs ! Baby Anne doesn't really ever disappoint ! If there are some good songs out there to be mixed she has them ! I have been disappointed lately in her mentor "Dj Icey" ! Seems like he has been mixing some inconsistant material. Not saying she is better I just think shes younger and Hungrier ! This Cd is very, Classic in a sense of what breaks are all about ! No boring loops with hip hop samples ! This is the real deal the electro funk breaks ! I love her work keep it up Baby Anne ! But definitley look for her Live in Las Vegas Cd ! Til this day that was her best work ! Unless disc 1 of Assault and Battery superceeds it ! Which I haven't heard yet !

I dont think this CD is all that because I only liked 1 song, track 3, the rest of them are too deep for me, I'm an old school techno lover, so I will say if you like new age Techno, then you will love this CD!!!

I just picked up this cd yesterday and already Im completely blown away by it ! Just when I thought the bass queen couldnt get any better she did. ...Next to bass queen in the mix 1 this is my favorite cd.THis is classic florida style breaks fueled with electro and miami bass!This has plenty of energy and motivation to keep ya going throughout the day or night whichever your preference ... GET IT NOW

Short and simply...this is a high-energy disc of awesome breaks and seamless mixing. Definately worth owning.

this cd is actually pretty good, a native to florida , i have much love for the FL. breakz movement ...so good job baby anne on the mix.the florida sound fused with nuskool flava makes this cd so yummy.my fav track is factor-e vs agent k-start the panic-OFF THE CHAIN!I give props to baby anne! to be honest, when she was comin up, I use to down her mixes...but over the years it sounds like she is becoming a truly innovative breaks dj!FLORIDA REPRESENT!
