Mizerak Black & White spots for pool tables

Pros:

- These plasticized spots are very thin, which is good, as they have virtually no effect on ball travel.

- They stick well on the pool table's cloth.

- A tight rack became easier after installing these spots, as the lead ball pretty much stays put if it's anywhere on the spot.

Cons:

- All six spots in my order had the white dot off-center. I posted a blow-up of one of those spots; see Customer Images. I should have looked more closely at the Amazon product photo, because even there, you can tell that the white dots are off center. It's more obvious when you see them in person, like when they are on the table.

Other:

- Some Internet sites sell these for about a buck, but with shipping it's about the same total price as Amazon. Buy them locally if possible and save shipping.

Summary:

The two star rating is because of the off-center spots. However, if that won't bother you, these work just fine.

take a pass on these. better quality spots have an almost cloth texture to them. These are nothing more than a piece of paper that refuse to stick to the felt for more than a day or so. After putting three of these on in two days i took a ride to the local billiard store and paid 3.99 for something that works

The spots have a lousy adhesive on them that doesn't even come close to sticking on the cloth. Make sure you have some glue or these will be useless!
