I have boney feet and run long distance, so the flexibility in the material is wonderful! Plus, the mesh provides for excellent ventilation on hot days. Great product!

This Mizuno is a great running shoe. The only inhibiting factor as with most running shoes is the price. If you can't afford this shoe but like the feel of it, look for Ryka brand running shoes for women. Same thing, half the price.
