I'm not rating this based on size- sizes of shoes are always different and you should be fitted in a store before you buy something as important as a running shoe online.

I've gone through pairs and pairs of running shoes, and it wasn't until I was fitted with these Mizunos that I realized I found the one! I'm on my 4th pair! I have flat feet, and the stability on these shoes is fantastic. They're also super light and extremely comfortable!

I'm a fan

I have a pronated, flat foot. I researched running shoes for my foot type and it gave me this shoe to try. I love it. I also really like the toe box - I have plenty of room for my toes and they never have blisters anymore. Thank God for this shoe.

The shoe runs bigger than past pairs. I have used the Wave Alchemy for several years, and I love the stability of this shoe. Sadly the Alchemy 9 run about a 1/2 size larger than past versions. I'll have to buy inserts or save them to wear with winter wool. This being said, they are probably true to size now. I have always worn the 8 in my Mizunos, but wear a 7 or 7 1/2 in street shoes... Ordering on line is tricky.

I was fitted with this sneaker by a store specializing in running shoes. I don't run, but I do walk and do other aerobic activity wearing these. They are terrific for my flat feet. Very comfortable and no shin splints. True to size. I like the way they look, too.

The shoes so far are nice but I have to say that they do not run true to size. I am a 7.5 and brought an 8 and they are too small and a little narrow. I recommend getting them in a whole size bigger if you don't want your feet to feel to cramped. Other than that, Mizuno advertises and raves about how great of a shoe it is but I haven't really noticed that much of a difference in the performance compared to my usual running shoes.

I have flat feet, and I overpronate. These shoes are great!

The downsize is that they squeak. People in my office can hear me coming down the hall. I cannot sneak up on anyone. Not that its my intention to do so. I would have given the rating five stars if they didn't squeak so badly.
