I'm not rating this based on size- sizes of shoes are always different and you should be fitted in a store before you buy something as important as a running shoe online.

I've gone through pairs and pairs of running shoes, and it wasn't until I was fitted with these Mizunos that I realized I found the one! I'm on my 4th pair! I have flat feet, and the stability on these shoes is fantastic. They're also super light and extremely comfortable!

I have a pronated, flat foot. I researched running shoes for my foot type and it gave me this shoe to try. I love it. I also really like the toe box - I have plenty of room for my toes and they never have blisters anymore. Thank God for this shoe.

The shoe runs bigger than past pairs. I have used the Wave Alchemy for several years, and I love the stability of this shoe. Sadly the Alchemy 9 run about a 1/2 size larger than past versions. I'll have to buy inserts or save them to wear with winter wool. This being said, they are probably true to size now. I have always worn the 8 in my Mizunos, but wear a 7 or 7 1/2 in street shoes... Ordering on line is tricky.
