Knee pain no more - buy these now,
This review is from: Mizuno Women's Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe (Apparel)
You will be asking yourself where these shoes have been your whole life. I've tried every brand imaginable for stability and motion control (I have flat feet and am a moderate overpronator). I just got a pair of these and ran 7 miles straight no pain and, in fact, amazing comfort (typically I would have felt pain by the 2nd or 3rd mile and just want to stop). These shoes make me feel like I've worn the wrong running shoes my whole life. They are amazing and as dramatic as it sounds, they will change your "running life."
Overalll: True to size, good width, cushioning, stability and comfort. Also - they are the lightest stability shoe you can find (definitely top 3 lightest) and that makes quite a difference. They breathe great - I ran in fairly hot and humid weather and my feet felt pretty good under the circumstances. You won't be disappointed.

I'm an avid runner, have done many halfs and one full marathon. I run about 25 miles a week. I don't really like spending so much on shoes but these are worth it. They're the only shoe I've ever had that I'd give 5 stars. I stick to Mizunos or Brooks, they're good but this shoe is the BEST.

Wonderful Shoe,
This review is from: Mizuno Women's Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe (Apparel)
I am 34, and have high arches. I did not used to overpronate, but after my second child I think my joints just never fully recovered. So, now I do. I run 4 times a week. 3 times a week I run a 5k loop and then on Saturdays I run 5 or 6 miles. I have run 200 miles so far on these shoes and have not a single complaint. I used to have shin splints, and running in these shoes has really helped. I have tried Asics as well, but they just did not quite feel as comfortable on my high instep. I used to run in different mizunos (before I began overpronating) and loved them, too. I noticed when I switched to these that they felt slight more rigid, but I think that's the point, right. That rigidity is what is helping to correct my overpronating. So, in the end, I love these shoes. They are light, they support my high arches and feel very comfortable with my high instep as well.

Love, love these shoes. I pronate and collapse in both feet and these shoes fit so well over my arch and heel they keep my feet straight and feel wonderful. Had gone to a half-size bigger shoe in a Brooks r/t toe top blisters but now that I have a shoe that fits my arch well I'm not having that problem. They feel very light. The first time I wore these shoes I cut my average mile down 30 secs/mi on a 4 mile run. Goes to show what the right brand and right size can do for you.

I ordered these running shoes based on all the good reviews for these and other Mizuno running shoes. I received them in the time indicated and they look great. They feel like they would be a comfortable running shoe, however ordering a half size up from my "street shoes" was still not enough. I will be returning these and trying a full size bigger than my "street shoes". I will write again once I have run in them (so long as the bigger size fits).

I wear the Nirvana's to run in but these are great everyday walking shoes. Very comfy and has some stability with it but if I were to run in these I am not sure I would last long because I need stability. They come narrow which the Nirvana's do not and I love that since I have long narrow feet. A must have if you like mizunos.

I purchased these shoes at a store. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. Love them, hard to find these in store, however lost this pair to my mom... she loves them too. Will buy another pair.

47 yr old walker, likes to run but always have had shine splints; went to a specialized running shoe dealer, was sized, didnt need anything more than a mid-weight. I was told I was a neutral pronator. Tried these on, loved them compared to Asics 2150s or Kayano 16 felt better for my wide feet. Im a 9.5 or 10 went with the 10 perfict fit! Just ran in these shoes on my treadmill, 3.1 miles and I feel great No PAIN. Light weight, cool and airy, generous cushioning. Running in my 1st 5K this mo. hope to win best time in my age group. Nearly 20$cheaper online.

good bye black nails,
This review is from: Mizuno Women's Wave Inspire 6 Running Shoe (Apparel)
after dozens of running shoes in the last few years, and about 5 black toenails, I found THE ONE. I have to admit that it wasn't love at the first sight, but after already 3 months of running with them, all my knee and hip pains are gone.
And my toenails are almost ready for summer! |
