this is the second pair of Mizuno running shoes that I have purchased. I need a good motion control shoe and this one got great ratings. Although I am fairly pleased, I would say the Mizuno Alchemy model is slightly better for motion control.

Great shoe. Light weight, comfortable. Keep it to the road or treadmill though, gravel gets stuck on the heal of the shoe.
