Hand Orientation: Right Hand Throw Verified Purchase
As my son is getting older and throwing harder, I decided it was time that I bought a catcher's mit to save my fingers and palm from abuse. Went online to research good overall catcher's mit. this Mizuno was highly rated. It comes in good quality and quite soft. Breaking it in is easy and does not take long. I have a small hand and this glove even at adult 34" seems a bit small for me, but that may just be my opinion. I was coming down from a 13" adult Mizuno Softball glove, so that may be why this Mizuno cather's mit seemed small to me.

We bought this for a 13-year-old catcher and he just loves it. It takes quite awhile to break in, however, about a week or so with a conditioner. He loves how it scoops and how the pocket is just right for his hand. Like the others mentioned, it doesn't seem like it would fit a man but it's perfect for a middle school aged player. Great glove, very high quality, just a very nice find. Highly recommend!

Bought two of these gloves. Both sons love them!! Would have given 5 stars but the lacing on one broke during the first game. Called Mizuno and they are taking care of it with no money out of my pocket. Will have to use old glove for a couple weeks but at least Mizuno stands behind its quality!
BTW both sons love the glove. They have used three other big brands and say this is the best glove they have had.

Great Glove - Great Price ($59.95). Broke it very quickly, great quality. No need to spend big $$. My son is 14, plays travel ball and will use this glove thru high school ball.

I bought this for my grandson who's playing freshman high school ball this year. The mitt is very good, he loves it. Our oldest son is 46 years old and has two Mizuno fielders gloves that took him thru 5 years of little league, 3 years of Babe Ruth, 4 years of high school, and 4 years of college and still uses them for a mens over "40" league where he lives. I never considered anything but Mizuno when buying for my grandson.

Great catchers glove, lowest price i could find, breaks in quickly, everyone loves it. Note I have medium sized hands. If you have large hands, probably not going to fit.

Great buy.

I purchased this glove because my son (11 yrs, 5'5'', 134lbs) plays catcher for his team and a glove was not available. It took about a weekend to break in and after a few weeks of use it feels great on the hand.

On the first day we played some catch and though it was just out of the box, it already was easy to work with. I then conditioned the glove over night and since then it's been used in two games and 6 or 7 practices.

Time will tell the durability but so far, so good. I highly recommend this glove.

Great quality! Fantastic product! Exceptional value! Having never owned a catchers mitt as I needed it to catch my son who plays 12U travel ball, I didn't know where to start. After using it and falling in love with, I've noticed numerous D1 college and MLB catchers use the same mitt which further qualifies it for me!
