Bought MoJack Pro from Amazon.com. Found it had a problem, one of the lift arms that holds the wheel pods had holes drilled out of alignment and prevented attaching push pin from passing through. Instruction manual advises to register your unit, so I did, right after assembly. On-line registration; has a comment section box you can advise them of anyting, also same at end of following survey. I reported in both comment box the lift arm problem. Next morning I had email from the companey who related that my part problem was being forwarded to warehouse manager. Later that afternoon I recieved a phone call from warehouse manager to confirm problem and part needed and if there was anying else that might need his assistance since finding this part problem, which nothing else was needed. About three or four shipping days later UPS delivered a replacement lift arm. Immedately put the lift to use to my new/yet-to-be-used: Crafstman Pro 26 HP tractor. Drove tractor into pods secured front wheels and the jack lifted tractor easily with hand crank and was very stable. Also bought, from amazon.com, thier work table which will also be for my 1975, K-mart, power assisted walk behind mower, and for a general purpose table. It does everything I bought it for, secure access for maintaining/serviceing my tractor with plenty of room. Wish I had it for my 1989 craftsman II,l2 HP tractor which I have and still runs like a spring chicken, same for my walk behind. Had to lift my old tractor with a screw crank, tripod leged, auto jack (kind that raised cars way back when they all had chrome bumpers without 5 mph cushioning.
I give the MoJack 5 stars and an additional 5 stars to the company and its outstanding employees for the immediate, after the sale, customer service.

I purchased and returned the MoJack EZ only because of my unease with its 300 lb capacity (see my review of that product). I replaced it with this MoJack Pro. The unit is much heavier. It has the same basic parts but uses a ratchet that allows it to be raised and safely held at any height (up to the 28" limit) and does not use safety pins, like the EZ model. It also uses a strap and heavy-duty crank for lift, versus a screw. Once my tractor was lifted to the limit, I tested the stability by gently rocking and pushing the front of the tractor. It was stable and I felt safe going underneath. Note: the EZ model has the same support structure, so it is just as stable. The biggest advantage of this jack over ramps is the accessibility of the bottom of the tractor as seen in one of the photos. For compact storage, three pieces must be removed (all are connected with push/pull pins) and the vertical arm is folded down. The unit folds to 13" high. I would recommend the MoJack Pro for anyone who has a large or heavy tractor - with the 750 lb capacity considered. For smaller tractors, such as the John Deere 325, the EZ model is recommended.

They don't tell you EVERYTHING in the video. They don't apply the safety straps that don't fit on the wheels of a Toro 52 inch professional mower. I will have to cut and refit the tie down straps. They also don't tell you that it doesn't just fold up. You have to take it apart to fold it up and that is a royal pain in the arse. Basically, you will need about 16 square feet of floor space to store this "compact" thing. You can lift the front of the mower but the engine protection bars on the back of the mower prevent it from tilting but so far. It is nice, but it's not as convenient or versatile as they make it out to be in the video.

Based on the review first posted above ,I bought one also. Tho It did not come double boxed and beat up by UPS the assembly was a snap to put this Mojack pro riding mower lift together per instructions .I used it on my riding mower a JD 500LB. L-120 to change the blades , tho a solid jack..I choose to buy back up Jack stands to put under the cross bar of the Mojack at the height of 28 inches I was able crawl under the deck and change blades ( with power wrench) and sharpen them , without pulling the deck and taking the belt off( back ache ). I did pop off the spark plug caps and the gas tank was pretty empty no leaks of gas while using the electric power wrench. Also I left the crank off and used the electric drill method of lifting as the hood/brush bar bar bumper got in the way of the crank before it was at the right height. I happy with my purchase and do recommend either the Pro ( 500-750) or the EZ Mojack ( 300 lbs).

Good quality, Great assembly instructions. I was ready to use as soon as finished assembly. Suggest including wheel chalks with unit.

I bought a Ferris commercial grade zero turn radius mower about 6 years ago. The business was new and about 500 yards from my house. EASY to drive it over for routine maintenance and walk home eventhough the mower was pricier than I had wanted to spend. Pretty smart, huh. Eliminated the pick up and delivery charge. Well the state of Indiana decided it wanted to upgrade the US highway running by the business and shut them down last summer via eminent domain. DOH! They moved operations back to their home store 16 miles away. Pick up and delivery charge now $100+ on top of maintenance fees. Time to become a do it yourselfer. This MoJack Pro took about 40 minutes to assemble and is ROCK solid. Lifts the mower to a quite sufficient angle to enable easy deck maintenance and blade sharpening. It will pay for itself in one season. Like I said, a no-brainer!

Riders Rejoice,
By A group of Kansas farmers actually devised the MoJack originally, and then a pair of accountants bought it to market and grow the business nationally. American farmers have been inventing solutions to everyday problems for centuries; it's nice to see some actually get paid for it for a change.

Works great and safely raises mower for easy access. Makes it easy to pressure wash clippings buildup from underside and swap out blades.

Package received in normal time frame for free shipping option and with no damage. Be aware that it is very heavy and you need two people or hand trucks to move box.
Our UPS driver is a young strong guy that that took it off is truck by himself but I would not try to move it without help. Assembly is simple and instructions are clear. Used it same day to lift three tractor type mowers and it worked as described with supplied crank handle. However, if you have a tall brush guard on your mower, you cannot use the crank handle even in the shorter position without removing the guard first. The jack has a separate lifting option which uses a 7/16 6 point socket on a heavy duty electric drill that you supply to operate the jack. Mine worked the first time I lifted the mower but when I let it back down and then tried to lift it again it would not work. Called the toll free number for MOJACK and the guy I talked to was very helpful and shipped me a new winch unit at no charge. It is not very difficult to replace but I have not used the drill motor lifting option yet, so do not know if the new one will work. However I will plan on removing my brush guards from my mowers before trying to lift them and thus will use the regular crank handle. The drill motor option is a nice feature for someone with no arm strength, but you have to have a strong drill and really hold it securely to use it. Jack lifts mowers plenty high enough to gain access to underside of cutting deck to service blades and seems very secure.

You have two options.....do not perform maintenance to extend the life of your investment or ruin your back, lifting your mower and propping it up on blocks or a ramp. Either way $400 is a cheap investment to save both. This is the safest, quickest method I have found to conduct routine maintenance. I opted for the pro model over the other 2 models because of the lifting method (strap winch) and the auto locking system. It is way over kill for my 48" Huqvarna ZTR, but I could not be happier with my choice. Easy to assemble, easy to store and rock solid safe. The extra 3 inch lift over the other models is a plus, although I do wish it could go higher. The next time you try to jury rig a method to access your deck and blades....remember a trip to the ER will cost you more than this lift!
